HOW CAN I PARTICIPATE IN HARRISBURG'S CEO PEP?
Local government units in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are eligible to participate, as are related entities (agencies, authorities, etc.). School districts, hospitals, universities and businesses (including non-profits) can also benefit from CEO’s PEP Program, if annual usage of electric, gas or heating oil is a minimum of $5,000.00. The PEP Program can produce savings for your company by lowering energy costs and consumption.
