PROJECT NUMBER 2253-10 – HOME OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES PROGRAM/LEAD I (REHABILITATION OF PROPERTIES LOCATED IN THE CITY OF HARRISBURG)*
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Harrisburg, Office of Purchasing, 10 North Second Street, Suite 302A, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17101, until 3:00 P.M., TUESDAY – AUGUST 3, 2010 at which time they will be publicly opened and read in Suite 304B of the same building immediately thereafter.

* = Asterisk is placed after Bid, RFP or RFQ descriptions when a bid security is applicable.

*Bid security in the amount of ten percent of the total bid amount is required with each bid submitted in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, treasurer's check, an irrevocable letter of credit drawn on a bank acceptable to the City or a bid bond. Copies of the Project Documents, including specifications, may be seen at and obtained from the Office of Purchasing at the following address:
